John installed a walk in shower as well as a shower head and knob He and his partner were very professional. Although there was a bit of miscommunication once it was clear, the issue was rectified promptly. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use their services in the future.

John and his team are a class act. They are reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable. Investing in a water filtration system is not an expensive, but it was very important to us to provide our guest. The cleanest water possible in an area with an old pipe infrastructure, and while the water poses no harm, not the most appealing smell we are confident that we have increased the quality of our water exponentially, we have increased the quality of our water to reduce the stains in our bathtubs and sinks, and we’ve reduce the odor to the best of our ability for our guests. John and his team provided us with explanations options and listen to all concerns in a direct professional manner. Mr.Puckett went to our rental on a Sunday afternoon within hours of notice to fix our water heater. With his quote he provided all info on the service. He completed the work seamlessly and cleaned up before he left. I highly recommended his service!

I asked for upfront pricing gave me a quote we agreed he repeatedly told me he had a shower valve on his truck which was included in the quote. he didn't install the shower valve left with out testing the lines and me with no water. then proceeded to charge me a tax which I agreed . then after the fact went to charge me an additional 181.00 for the valve in which I refuse to pay .due it was included in the price. After doing more research i found him to be way over priced. my fault for not. doing more research. this is why I am giving a poor rating .
