Garret did a good job on installing our new appliances, he was also very responsive and on time to make sure the work will be done professionally and right on time.
Garret did a phenomenal job. He responded quickly to my request and his initial quote was extremely fair. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. It turned out that I needed a new part and he went to a nearby Home Depot to grab it himself no questions asked. He was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Super nice guy as well! Overall, I would recommend him without hesitation to any of my friends or family and will be sure to hire him again for any future work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the job at hand. Some jobs are flat rate priced. Some jobs will need to be evaluated and given. All prices are the same at estimate that they are when I complete the job unless additional tasks are added by homeowner.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First sending the customer a reply here on thumbtack. From that point I will ask some questions to better understand the project at hand. If it’s something I really need to see with my own eyes before I can give an estimate is in the best interest of the homeowner. If it’s something I can provide an estimate online I will. From that point I will set appointment on my schedule. I like to give at least a 30 minute call ahead to remind them that I am on the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree, worked in construction my whole life, have worked in major trades such as HVAC and plumbing for 8 years.
