- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the job at hand. Some jobs are flat rate priced. Some jobs will need to be evaluated and given. All prices are the same at estimate that they are when I complete the job unless additional tasks are added by homeowner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First sending the customer a reply here on thumbtack. From that point I will ask some questions to better understand the project at hand. If it’s something I really need to see with my own eyes before I can give an estimate is in the best interest of the homeowner. If it’s something I can provide an estimate online I will. From that point I will set appointment on my schedule. I like to give at least a 30 minute call ahead to remind them that I am on the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree, worked in construction my whole life, have worked in major trades such as HVAC and plumbing for 8 years.
