Mack Maids has been amazing for our monthly cleans! Madison, Kelsey, and Brittany do a great job. They are very timely which is so appreciated with a toddler. The house is spotless and always smells so fresh!

The house looked fine. But trash was not emptied in the kitchen and the bag was full ready to go. You had emptied it before and the team was familiar with my house so they should have realized they didn't empty the trash-knew where to work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free, personalized estimates. Nothing sight unseen; we put care into every project and want to be certain we have the right products and team in place to make you the next happy Mack Maids client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In home consultation and estimate. This takes about 10 minutes of your time, is non-binding and completely free. Once your estimate is approved online, you'll be set up for the next step which is scheduling. We can generally get you into our calendar within 2-4 business days.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customer base is varied. No job is too big or too small. We work with almost every cleaning situation. Military, Golf community, Retirees, Moms & Dads that just need a little extra help, Elderly or folks coming of an injury/surgery and need a lot of extra help.
