My goal is to empower men and women to take control of their energy, weight and health by using whole foods, healthy tips and lifestyle changes, without the use of powders, shakes and food products. My mission is to give you all the tools you need to be able to make your own educated decisions for your health. I work with the whole person, mind, body, and soul...mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. I am a woman of faith. I believe that developing your spirituality and having a spiritual relationship with God of the universe is how you find purpose and meaning in life. It gives you the ability to forgive, love through the emotional pain, and overcome past hurts, rejection, and trauma. I do not offer a quick fix! We take it at your own pace, through weekly action steps and work on your goals together. The program I offer comes from years of research in the field of health and nutrition. I purchased a cooking class (Mediterranean inspired) for my parents and friends for Christmas last year. Veronica took special care to create an entire meal that catered to their specific tastes. On the day of the class, my parents raved about Veronica's knowledge, patience, and fun! Would absolutely recommend!

Veronica led a class on Cooking for Energy at my home with about 12 participants. She brought all the ingredients for a Chicken and broccoli stir-fry, homemade granola, berry green smoothie, and strawberries and cream chia pudding. We all got to taste everything she made and received copies of the recipes. I received great feedback from the participants and I personally have made the chia pudding and the homemade granola several times. I make green smoothies often now too. She also gave us many tips on eating for energy. It was a wonderful class and well worth the cost.
