Introduction: Classically French Trained. Started my career in Manhattan. Worked for a family for 7 years on the Park Ave. Spent my summers in the Hamptons, where I worked for and got to work with some very talented and well known people. It made me develop a thick skin, and an incredible work ethic. Moving down to NC, I know how to develop new clients and restructure my business, and that is exciting for me. For over 14 years now, I get to bring people together with my food, which is an absolute privilege. My clients allow me to do what I love to do every single day, so thank you.
