We wanted to provide lunch for our small group leaders at my church. Scott got back to me as soon as he could and the food was amazing. I would definitely go with Carolina Midnight Catering again.

It was initially his bartending experience that caught my eye. Then, I saw that he catered, too. I quickly hired him for both. What a great idea! Everyone loved the food and drinks. It is almost two months later and everyone is still talking and raving about the food. We are planning to hire him for our New Year's Eve party. We hope he is available. Hire him! You won't be disappointed.

No. I estimate pricing an event based on market prices, quality, and availability.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reviewing the event details I roughly estimate based on price per person, projected amount attending the event, and additional accessories. From there I set a phone appointment to discuss a menu and further details of the event.
