No. I estimate pricing an event based on market prices, quality, and availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reviewing the event details I roughly estimate based on price per person, projected amount attending the event, and additional accessories. From there I set a phone appointment to discuss a menu and further details of the event.
