They were on time and very nice. They got right to work changing out ceiling fans and putting in our new toilet. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done. GREAT JOB!

Mr. Niles was a professional with a superior customer service approach. He called to discus the project. Called the day before to remind us to let him into the house. Then called an hour before to let us know he was coming on time. The job was performed by his crew. They were clean cut and courteous. We would recommend them and we would us them again.

Ryan was absolutely great to work with, even remotely. I hired him to replace boards on our ocean front deck. He routinely sent pictures of his progress, and would answer emails/calls immediately. He is very knowledgeable and handled even structural issues we ran into during the project. Very professional and straight shooting/honest.

Ryan Niles with Niles Home Improvement did a superior job with a tough window repair. I highly recommend him for his talent and professional manner from the beginning, and he finished the work in one day--a much harder job than I had realized. First time to use him, but it won't be the last.

    Look for a professional that you can communicate with clearly. insist on references and quality inspections. Always listen with your eyes. (yeah thats what i said) make sure what see is in sync with what you hear.
