Andrew is the most personable of folks, took time to explain different options and did not try to oversell in any way. He said "get a dehumidifier down here... I'm not going to sell you one because what we have is overkill for your space."
There is a reason there is a wait list for their services. I would urge you get on that list now if you are considering having any kind of work crawl space work or encapsulation work - they are worth the wait.

Everything was sealed up nice and neat. It's staying clean and dry down there. Very professional. Highly recommend.
