I can only give Nelson and the crew a more than glowing review, MORE than a 5 star review from beginning, with the prompt response time to offer his services, provide an estimate, the punctual timeframe of beginning the job ahead of stated time, keeping me updated from first correspondence throughout the process of removal, shredding, stump grinding, and debris clean up of 25 TALL Cypress Trees in such a professional manner, showing attention to detail of even the birds with nests full of eggs, to remove them with CARE, showing compassion (That is rare today!) through to the completion. The crew each knew exactly their job, like a crew of worker Ants each doing their part as a team to accomplish the job in such a skillful manner in handling all the equipment that was required to accomplish the jobs in such a proficient manner. I was so amazed at the skill of the Tree Climber, climbing the tall trees with such skill as that of a Squirrel, to cut limbs, tie off ropes etc.! I was so impressed with all their skills. I found the whole crew to be courteous, friendly, and displayed a dedicated work ethic. That is how they were able to accomplish the 25 treeremoval in such an unbelievable time frame and professional manner. I was very satisfied with the cost quote I was given and even moreso after seeing the skill, proficiency and care taken to accomplish the job. Thanks to all of you and look forward to future projects with you should the need arise. I will definitely pass along referrals.

First off, scheduling was a breeze.
One message to Ashley and Dixon showed up at the time/date specified.
Dixon and team did a fantastic job cutting down and removing 12 pine trees, some very large.
They were punctual and finished the job in less than 5 hours.
Dixon and team were careful not to disturb surrounding trees and landscape and cleaned up afterwards, a very thorough clean up.
This team was friendly as well, taking after the foreman, Dixon.
I will use Tree Top Care Services for every job possible in the future.
