I recently had my half bath converted into a full shower. From the initial consultation, they took the time to walk me through the options, clearly explaining what was possible and helping me make decisions that fit my space. One of the biggest highlights for me was how easy they were to work with. They were very responsive and approachable throughout the entire process. As with any renovation, a few unexpected things came up along the way, but they handled each one thoughtfully, addressing concerns quickly and working through solutions without skipping a beat. The work took a long time to complete. I have tried to contact him several times about the shower door not staying close, door handle fell off, and the water is not draining out shower properly.
