FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we treat all of our customers the same. We have a 1 time programming fee every customer pays, this is for our trainers time in developing programs for personal training. Our rates avg about a dollar a minute for 1 on 1 and slightly less for group training. Our standard personal training packages come with a 100% money back guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down and go through a fast track session (a free assessment to see if both parties agree on it being a good fit). We first talk about your goals, needs, aches/pains and a goal date if you have any timeline's of your own. We then take your through a screening process to see what imbalances exist in your body, so we can prevent injury while maximizing your results by focusing on tight/weak muscles. After the workout if it is a good fit and we know we can help you achieve your goals we then show you recommended programs that will fit your budget. By doing an assessment and learning more about your needs, we are able to tailor the workout to your body, your goals and your speed. Every BODY is different and no two workouts should be the same.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers have national level certifications at a minimum and constantly go through trainer education by our Lead Trainers and Master Trainer. Many of our trainers have degrees to go along with their certifications. Education in the fitness field is critical to be constantly updated.
