We've been using Choose Love Solutions for our taxes for the last 3 years (personal and business). Nisla always tries to get the best results for us, whether we get a refund or owe. She does a good job going through and explaining everything on the return and answering our questions in a way we can understand. Any questions we have gets answered in a timely manner and she's usually up late answering questions I'm asking her at 11pm during the busytax season. Nisla is up front about any mistakes they make on any previous returns and will make the corrections at no extra cost to you, so I truly appreciate the honesty. Nisla is very personable and professional, and not intimidating to talk to and treats each client as if they're the most important client and it shows when we receive birthday cards & holiday cards in the mail every year. Choose Love Solutions also offers tax planning and bookkeeping services, and although we don't use those services at this time, should the need arise we would use Choose Love Solutions for those services. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would work with all clients to determine how we can work together to meet their tax needs at a price they can afford. Fees are determined and agreed upon once ALL information is received and prior to beginning any work. Pricing subject to change, adjusted to meet individual needs, and discounted when multiple services are utilized. Tax preparation fees do not include audit support.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step for new customers is the initial consultation. In the initial consultation, we will go over your tax needs and discuss our services more in detail with you. Once we have received your documents and review them, we will discuss the best services for your tax needs and the completion date. We will have constant communication with you on the status of your work and we set up a time to go over the work completed for your approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Master in Accounting Taxation and Enrolled Agent, a licensed tax return preparer by the Internal Revenue Services. I am authorized to conduct tax preparation in ALL 50 states. I also specialize in Military tax returns.
