Alex was very congenial and diligent in checking our refrigerator. Unfortunately it was not repairable. All things considered I would call you for future work.
The only thing was the lady on the phone told me they would call before arrival which they didn’t do. But he did arrive in the window they gave me, so it was not a problem.

Alex repaired our Samsung washer in Indian Trail, NC. The machine wouldnt stop filling with water and started leaking. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty water inlet valve.Everything is working perfectly now. He was professional, punctual, and explained the issue clearly. Highly recommend for washer repair in Indian Trail!
