Alex was very congenial and diligent in checking our refrigerator. Unfortunately it was not repairable. All things considered I would call you for future work.
The only thing was the lady on the phone told me they would call before arrival which they didn’t do. But he did arrive in the window they gave me, so it was not a problem.

I called the evening before and Alex was able to come out the next morning to perform the repairs to my leaking washing machine and my leaking refrigerator. He arrived on time, fixed everything at a very reasonable cost and was both pleasant and professional. I will definitely use Appliance Repair Guild in the future if the need arises!
