Introduction: I’ve been a successful full time handyman for five years with many years of prior experience working as a laborer, carpenters apprentice and finally a project manager for a general contractor that undertook small commercial jobs, public jobs and full “down to the studs” remodels of large homes and apartment buildings. Often I’m able to find simple solutions to tricky problems that save my clients money where others would suggest costly unnecessary repairs. Alan’s Odd Jobs takes on many types of work with a focus on home maintenance, upgrades and installations as well as “to the letter” assembly of play structures, sheds, gazebos, pergolas and even the furniture to accompany them.

Alan was extremely communicative, showed up on time, and did very quality work in a Decent amount of time (and putting together a Murphy bed is no easy feat)! My biggest concern is having it done right, and Alan made sure it was done right. Highly recommend!! Thank you so much Alan!

I have a very long list of much needed repairs, etc. David on this first visit, replaced 2 ceiling fans (1 was particularly tricky) and did an assessment of my garage sensors. He was friendly and worked quickly, cleaned up afterward. We discussed my other projects so that he could help me decide which things to do first. His prices are fair. He guarantees his work. 10 out of 10!!! I will continue to use his services and recommend him to friends and family.
