Introduction: We are classified as a VLM (very low moisture) cleaner. About 80% of your cleaners are still steam cleaners. Steam cleaners are going to become a thing of the past in the future due to the fact that they leave carpets wet for sometimes up to 2 days and are not as effective as VLM cleaners. I'm a people person so meeting new people daily is great. Also, the satisfaction of seeing immediate results from our cleaning services.

I received excellent service from this company. They were on time, courteous, and my carpets looked almost new when they completed the cleaning. Rich gave helpful suggestions about the care of my carpets and was able to remove stains that had been there for sometime. The carpets dried quickly, making the rooms useable in no time. I highly recommend carpet cleaning services from Rich and his company.

Well I'd say a recent few I'm proud of. We have this new machine for commercial carpet and it's been amazing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Understand that there are different types of carpet cleaning methods. There are VLM, bonnet, crb and steam cleaners. Most people think all cleaners are similar but we are not. There's a big difference in all these.
