- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have been matched and made contact with a customer, we then dispatch a sales representative to offer a free estimate to customer. Once the meeting has been set up, the sales representative will forward the information to the company and customer. The customer receives a written estimate by email. If the customer wishes to accept the estimate we then write and send a contract to the customer for approval and signature. Once signature is acquired, we schedule the project at the convenience of the customer.
