I am not one those contractor who star job and raise price if I tell price it includes all work that needs to be done

I like to meet with them when convenient for them to everything the want and what I can do to help

this is all I have ever done my father was a builder building houses I work for his company working my way up from the bottom to running the crew when he had stroke and gave up the company I decided to go out on my own
