I hired Joe to install 2 electrical outlets and 2 simple bidet attachments. He installed the bidet attachments quickly and commented that was the easiest money he had made. However, he was unable to install the electrical outlets. I had been told that the job would require going into the attic. He was not willing to do that. I had a few other odd jobs that I gave him to do but I paid way more than I should have. My final bill was more than we had discussed, and I still did not have the outlets. Today another handyman is installing the outlets. He knew to go into the attic, so the job is going quickly.
