Hired on Thumbtack
Was looking for someone to install a fence for me and ENB responded! They came out took measurements and gave me and estimate while there! We discussed some fence designs and told them I would be in contact. I had them come out a second time to finalize everything before getting on their books..we agreed on everything. I reached back out a few days later to schedule a day to start and after checking schedules we agreed on a day. I reached out to see if we were still on for said day and no response for two days! I receive a text stating that we were still good for that day! Perfect, so 5 days before the work was supposed to start I reached back out to let him know I would like to tweek something before the wood is ordered but no response! The day of no response!! I’ve texted and tried to reached them on thumbtack but no response still! While they are nice people when we met but no response or communication on the day of is very unprofessional!
