Craig, with Pool Pros is a very pleasant person to work with. He was the first to respond to my cleaning request and was the only person to follow up with me in person to get to know me and my pool. After speaking with him and several other companies I just felt Pool Pros was the best fit. Craig, is super responsive even when I text him on a Sunday for a question. He always makes the time to follow up. His pricing is very fair compared to the other companies around and it includes the chemicals unlike a lot of the other companies I reached out to. He really knows what he is talking about when it comes to the equipment. We just moved in and could not figure out how to get our system set up and he really took his time and helped us. He didn't just send us to customer service and be done. I look forward to working with Craig and his company for many years to come.

I had an issue with my hot tub at my Airbnb property while guests were staying there. I urgently needed assistance with draining and cleaning the hot tub.
