Just his all around interest in getting the job done. No fooling around, just looked at slit in pool knew exactly what to do and got it done. Fast courteous and very understanding. Craig made it very easy to understand what i also needed to do to improve maintaining my pool. And his prices were amazing also, being a senior it's getting harder to maintain a 20x40 pool. Thank you so much Craig especially coming out within 2 hours of calling.

Craig, with Pool Pros is a very pleasant person to work with. He was the first to respond to my cleaning request and was the only person to follow up with me in person to get to know me and my pool. After speaking with him and several other companies I just felt Pool Pros was the best fit. Craig, is super responsive even when I text him on a Sunday for a question. He always makes the time to follow up. His pricing is very fair compared to the other companies around and it includes the chemicals unlike a lot of the other companies I reached out to. He really knows what he is talking about when it comes to the equipment. We just moved in and could not figure out how to get our system set up and he really took his time and helped us. He didn't just send us to customer service and be done. I look forward to working with Craig and his company for many years to come.
