He replaced my pool motor and had everything completed and running great in about an hour. I had purchased the wrong seal kit beforehand, but Craig immediately ran out to get the correct one so the job could be finished without delay. He also went above and beyond by fixing my pool timer box at no extra charge.
Knowing that he is certified to work on Jandy equipment gave me additional confidence, especially because the job involved electrical work and a motor swap. After several years of bad experiences with pool companies….overpriced work, poor-quality repairs, lack of communication, being ghosted, getting the runaround, and no warranty support, I was understandably nervous. Craig completely changed that experience.
I truly wish I had found him sooner; I would have used him to service my pool all season. He was professional, fair, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. I will absolutely call Craig at Pool Pros of Charlotte again whenever I need pool service. Highly recommend.
