Craig reached out the same day and came out first thing the next business day. He serviced my hot tub by cleaning it, refilling it and purging the pumps. He will be coming out bi- weekly to service my hot tub moving forward. He was very prompt, professional and thorough.

I had an issue with my hot tub at my Airbnb property while guests were staying there. I urgently needed assistance with draining and cleaning the hot tub. I reached out to them on thumbtack, and they replied almost immediately, and were able to come out the next day, which was New Year’s Day! They drained the hot tub, cleaned it, refilled it and even topped off the water in my pool for me.
