I had an issue with my hot tub at my Airbnb property while guests were staying there. I urgently needed assistance with draining and cleaning the hot tub. I reached out to them on thumbtack, and they replied almost immediately, and were able to come out the next day, which was New Year’s Day! They drained the hot tub, cleaned it, refilled it and even topped off the water in my pool for me.

Great communication. Been using Pool Pros for 2 years and week-in-and-week out they do an excellent job managing our pool. They attend to our equipment and are very helpful whenever we have a problem.
