Requirement 4 Ceremony!
1) Apply and bring the marriage certificate (if u need info I can help)
2) You obtain 2 witnesses for ceremony to sign certificate (I can obtain witnesses)
3) I will perform ceremony, sign and return certificate or give to you to return. (must be returned within 10 days)

micro-weddings $190 - $250 donation
med to large Venue Weddings $250 - $350.00 donation
