- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically do a walk around with them and get a feel for exactly what they want and to come up with an exact quote for them that meets both the customers budget and my quota of $125 per hr. I'd much rather talk face to face when conducting an estimate because I think it shows effort on technicians part that they want to build a working trustful relationship with potential customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly reading forums from window cleaner resource and ordering new tools trying to create safer and efficient cleaning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent 15 year's in the restaurant industry and was very unhappy. I was layed off and got a job cleaning windows and rapidly picked up the skills in the trade to do it for myself and I'd love to have you as my customer.
