Hired on Thumbtack
This was a satisfactory experience. Hired to unload a pod with limited boxes. Part of the 4 stars was my fault in not getting a written quote which I recommend and all terms in writing. Was charged over 400 dollars for mileage for 170 miles. Again, my fault in not asking and assuming standard mileage of .73 cents per IRS. I had the option to hire local and I should have. Owner has great check in skills and the guys were very sweet and amazing. They were even good with my dogs. Surprised given this was a move, they showed up with no drill and no dolly. They had drills at home and I would have been happy to provide a dolly. Again, make sure YOU have what YOU need for the move and YOU know the price before hand.

This job was not a move. We appreciate your kind words. We unloaded your POD. We own several tools and dollies. It was requested that movers only. I asked several times about the pricing. She stated it was fine.

I can say enough good things about Package Xpress logistics and their amazing team. From the moment I first reached out for a quote, they were prompt courteous and professional. Communication was clear throughout the entire process , they confirmed my moving date, explained their pricing in detail, and even followed up the day before to make sure everything was ready to go. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time, introduced themselves, and immediately got to work. They handled every piece of furniture with care, wrapping and protecting items so nothing was scratched or damaged. What really stood out was their teamwork and positive attitude they stayed upbeat and efficient even when faced with tight stairways and heavy boxes. I’ll recommend this company for any moving.

I had to get my house decluttered to put it up for sale. I called Package Express Logistics LLC and they came to declutter my home 3 days later. They packed some of my things, cleaned out my garage and took my belongings to the storage of my choosing. Then, sent me photo verification how neatly my things were organized in the storage. They were very responsive and reliable. Top tier service..
