Introduction: Hi, my name is Chris Loudermilt. I was born and raised in Statesville, and I have lived here for 42 years. I am the owner of Weed Out. Before I tell you what Weed Out is, let me tell you about how Weed Out came to be. I have been in the lawn service industry since 1986 as Carolina Lawn Service. In that time, I have worked all around Iredell County and surrounding areas. I have learned an immense amount about lawn and landscape care in my 25+ years of experience. One thing that I have learned over the years is that there are so many lawn service companies out there doing the same thing. It is time for somebody to change it. About two years ago, I decided that I should be the one to change it, so the idea that I came up with was Weed Out! Weed Out is an entirely different concept in lawn service, and the new concept is that I no longer offer lawn maintenance or service at least in the traditional way. Instead, Weed Out is going to help you with your lawn and landscape, and your entire property. Let me explain. Weed Out is a company that will take care of your lawn and your lawn weed and insect control, and you perform the maintenance. We will do your core aeration and reseeding, your fertilizing, lime and gypsum soil conditioning, crabgrass prevention, and broadleaf weed control for your lawn maintenance. For insects, we can apply insecticide on lawn for grubs, around your house for spiders and other insects that come in to your home. For lawn problems, we can apply fungicide on your lawn to control brown patch fungus, the # 1 killer of turf grass, and spray round up around your house or anywhere you need it. We can also provide shrub insect and disease control, as well as mosquito control via fog mitigation. I have always ran Carolina Lawn Service the old fashioned way where customer service and satisfaction are the only things that matter. You are not just a number to me, and I do not work on commission like many of the big corporations who provide similar services.
