My mother is so pleased with K&S Services! They worked miracles in her bedroom and bathroom after she had been sick for several weeks. She walked in her room after they were finished and said, “This is not my room!” She was so happy with the cleanliness and organization. She had been trying to put together a metal shelf that she could not get to stand up. She was excavator to find that they had put the shelf together and placed her things in it. She woke up the next morning feeling better than she had in weeks, exclaiming that it was amazing what a clean room will do. She’s breathing better and feeling better.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My regular clean base charge starts at 125 and an additional 25 per hour if the clean takes longer than 3 hours. My deep cleans run 225 to 450 depending on the time it takes to complete the task as well as what's included in the clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client we do a walk thru of their home while they are pointing out what they really want done. while doing the walk thru I ask a lot of questions. once the clean is complete I have them walk back thru with me to make sure they are happy and indidnt miss anything. at that time the client let's me know if they need or want anything else.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience as well as a bachelor degree in business management.
