MCR was the first to contact me about my problem. I was at work the time he messaged me but he said he will be available to help me late night even if it was 12am. He got straight to work while keeping small conversations. I mean this guy was checking into everything and he was moving fast with precision so I knew this guy was gonna fix my pc. So I tried my first attempt to play a game without crashing and it crashed so I called him back and connected him back to my computer and he went to work again. Finally he updated something’s i needed and BOOM I ran my pc for close to 2 hours and no crash. I was so happy that he found the problem to my solution and I’ll be recommending him to everyone + will return back to him if I encounter any problems. Note: he even offered to meet so he can try to fix it in person if he couldn’t through remote view. He goes above and beyond to help his customers!
