I do not charge to come out and look at a job and give free estimates my primary focus is quality and customer service. I keep in contact with my customers from day one letting them know when the door is ordered, the arrival date, and when the door has arrived and I will be picking up. In some cases not very seldom my competitors may be a little bit cheaper because they are a bigger company and I'm just a small one man company but I make a 100% effort and go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied

Seriously, Chris is amzing! Our torsion spring snapped friday night and everyone I reached out to said they would come monday, but charge a $95 dollar service call fee ON TOP of whatever the part & service would cost. Chris came out Saturday morning, put a temp fix on on the door so we could use it, and came back sunday with the parts. BTW this was 4th of July weekend!! He is an old school gentleman, with great work ethic, dedication to his craft, and and provides the type of service one would expect from a professional who cares about his customers. I have already recommended him to everyone on our block. I can't thank him enough.

Chris is solid and old school. Calls you immediately. I contacted him at 730pm Friday and he came 930 Saturday, July 4th! Had to get parts, fixed it Sunday morning. Excellent

Mr. Edwards responded promptly to my request for a quote and was able to service my garage spring failure on the same day. Due to insulation panels he recommended different spring’s and completed the repair the next day. I appreciated his honesty otherwise the door could fail again prematurely .
