Really glad we hired Chase. He was extremely polite and professional, and his quote for window washing/guttercleaning/pressure washing was fair & competitive to the other quotes I received. We ended up hiring him to also install gutter guards at a better price than another quote. Very happy with his follow up and quality of work. Absolutely recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices shown are an average. My price per standard window is $10 per window for the first 21. After 21 windows it comes down to $8 per standard window.
For gutters I charge $1/linear ft for first story and $1.5/linear ft for 2nd story.
For leaf guard install, I price off of linear ft and materials. In person estimate required.
For pressure washing the pricing varies based upon surface and how dirty it is, in person estimate required for exact price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to come out and meet my customers face to face to provide their estimates. I find that in person interaction allows space to build trust and better understand my customers needs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a follower of Jesus and July of last year the Lord lead me to start my own exterior cleaning business with the vision of using it as a tool for discipling young men while providing an excellent service for my customers.
