Working with Bob was like working with a friend. His response time was always swift throughout all hours of the day. Our project was easier on the building side but pulling the permits and determining what the city was looking for in terms of code, was extremely difficult. Bob took the time to have numerous conversations with the city to help them fix their code requirements. He got our project done super fast and didn’t cut any corners. In fact, he did it so well, that the city has to go back and re-access similar projects that were also done in our neighborhood by other contractors. Whether it’s big or small, expensive or budget friendly, Bob the builder is your guy. He goes above and beyond in all areas. (Also love his team)

Bob and his team were awesome! They were on time each day and kept me fully informed of the process and progress. They also cleaned up after they finished and you could not even see they had been there! We are extremely pleased with the actual work and will use them again! They repaired and replaced boards on our deck- did exactly what we asked for!We would highly recommend them !
