- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees fluctuate with the market. which is based on supply and demand, economy, and the prices of our competitors. To help our customers, we offer discounts to Military/Veterans, Seniors, Students, and the Disabled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Know-How and Politeness is key, because we believe that first impressions are lasting impressions. We try to educate our customers regarding their particular need due to the many steps an outcome takes to accomplish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with degrees in Applied Science and Information Systems, I proud to say I have 2 Honorable Discharges from the military, and an Alumni of the School of Hard Knox. Along with education, experience, and mistakes makes us a better fit to all. We know what to do, and what NOT to do!!!
