I have a tenant in my condo for an extended stay, and she is a first time tenant. I am very eager to have things go well for her during her stay. After she reached out to me with an issue, I eagerly tried to find someone who could come right away to make the repair. Rudy responded quickly, came when he scheduled to come, making the necessary repair. I could not be more pleased and will call him again when needed .
