Base price starts at $1250 for Day of Coordination only and up to 10 hours for the day. Price also includes rehearsal and queuing on day of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Gathering Information on the event and giving a quote. - Send over my contract to sign and client pays deposit. - Month to month check in up until 60 days out. - Meet client at venue for visual and discussions. - 60 day mark, client provided day of timeline and floor plan. - 30 days out, updates and revisions provided by client. Final payment due. - 2 weeks out we touch bases one final details. -1 week out we touch bases on anything that need to be finalized. - DAY OF EVENT YOU GET MARRIED!!! OR CORPORATE EVENT IS EXECUTED!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in hospitality when I was 16 years old. I began as a server then moved into bartending when I turned 21 years old. After that, I moved into event managing and quickly became a general manger of a catering company and focused on corporate events. Once I capped out there, I moved into day of coordination for an outdoor wedding venue. Now, I am an event coordinator for a huge / famous restaurant in downtown Asheville, NC and I have am an entrepreneur, owning my own Day of Coordination business traveling and helping clients day of their event.
