- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is vastly different based on the project and service the client is requesting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, we will contact potential clients to have a "get go" meeting. This is the initial meeting where you tell me what you want. We can do some research together if need be and throw together a general outline of the project. Then (based on the service) we hop to it (work on it or meet you the day of the event for photography). Finally we hit the editing stage and meet for the final product and payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in Computer Systems technology as well as a BA in Journalism and English with a focus in writing and public relations. I've done classes and seminars in photography, as well as the Adobe Creative Suite and much experience to make your project amazing.
