Charged me WAY too much, and the roof leaked 2 weeks later. New roofer said this guy didn't do the job right. After trying to contact Howell again, he wouldn't return my calls. SCAMMER!!! Finally paid another guy to do it again, and it is fixed. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY.
