It really depends on the job and what is expected from the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to make the customer feel comfortable after all I will be responsible for their home. So a smile and good attitude go a long way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed contractor with 13 years of on the job training. I have completed a painting and decorating coarse and passed the exam as well as a business and law coarse in which I also passed that exam.
