- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general prices are based on per room and the amount of items in the room (knickknacks and such). Aprox $20 to $25 per room. What type of clean being requested, such as vacation rental, reoccurring residential clean, office building and such. How many floors, and the location of home. All play a factor in the bottom line estimate. Most prices are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intial phone contact, seeing home. informing you will have them an estimate with in 48 hours. I like to compose a few questions in that 48 hours to ask and make contact with homeowner, reassuring that I am working on there estimate. Email, or Physically mail home owner an estimate and letter thanking them for meeting with company. If I have not heard from a homeowner in another 48 hours, I will follow up, via email, text or call asking if they are ready to occupy an open spot on my schedule. :-)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As child my family owned a small mom and pop motel in a tourist area as well as several small cabins.
