I've used BDry for two major projects at two homes I've owned. I'm always impressed with their ability to fix problems right the first time with a seamless process from sales consultation to final inspection. I'm thankful for their (3rd party) financing option which I've taken advantage of both times to be able to get the work done immediately. Some projects just need to be left to the professionals, and foundation/basement work is one of them! I highly recommend BDry!

We and our neighbors' homes were built on what was marshy land. With time our houses' foundations were giving.-BDry skilled engineers visited, evaluated our situations and recommended corrective actions that met the need economically. -Their crews must have been auditioned for their knowledge, skill, flexible thinking on their feet to meet unforeseen underground obstacles, and ability to express/explain in layman's terms.-Punctual, professional, precise.-Competent, confident.-We're a culdesac of 5 adjacent addresses in Downing Creek subdivision of Chapel Hill. Over the past 10 years we've watched and studied our problems and solutions and our satisfaction with our experience. Cracking walls and ceilings, squeaky flooring have ceased or slowed way down. -Talk as about happy, yes we are.

I had two companies look at my basement, where I had a small area where the paint peeled off due to water issues. While the one company would have put in a $10K drainage system and sump pump, Roger Rotes from BDRY told me to just divert the outside surface water at that spot (there were some outside problems with a downspout and a grade towards the house) and that would likely solve my problem without any further work needed. Although in the end there was no reason to use their services, I give Roger and BDRY a 5-star rating for honesty and not trying to sell me something I don't need.

My house had a technical issue with a wall in the basement and water under heavy rains. I was trying to sell the house under inspection the wall was written up and I thought buyers were about to cancel. if not correctly quickly. Hats off to Kathy in scheduling the house in during the due dilagence period of buyers. Thanks Kathy for excellent customer service, you are greatly appreciated. The work crew headed by Josh was on time and outstanding. Crew obviously works constantly together as timing of each step in the process was coordinated to the point that at the end of the day I was amazed at the amount of work performed. Next day was only 4-hours and the job complete, work area in basement swept clean, outside staging area clean, could not see that anyone had been there. Walked through explaing the operation of sump and explaination of warranties for carbon fiber supports and waterproofing. Outstanding proffesionalism and expertise, very trustworthy team. I have recommended this company already to someone in Greensboro for my bonus $$. Best of all, the buyers are well pleased also and the house is scheduled to close in 4-days. I feel good about leaving the buyers with a full warranty on all work, trouble free. Thank you to all on work team, Mark, receptionist and Kathy.

BDry was very prompt in responding and in coming to my house. I was also very pleased to learn I did not have a problem. All was good. No higher pressure. Just honest.
