FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So $125 an hour is just the labor, and then we will charge an additional $100 just for tools, equipment like grinding disk, welding rod/wire etc. we usually charge around $50 for gas if it’s more than 25 minutes away from our location. Obviously we don’t charge an estimate fee if we get the job that we are quoting but if for some reason we don’t get it we charge $50 for coming out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out and get the estimates and the measurements we need and depending on the work if we can start that day we will. Now If it’s a custom project we will take it back to the shop and build in house and then when it’s done we take it to the customer and make sure there satisfied with it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for welding and have my certification in stick/mig. We also have someone that is certified in all 3 and is a instructor at the college at night!
