I had a problem with my garbage disposal… water was leaking under the kitchen sink. I contacted P&S Plumbing on 8/26/26 and they responded promptly. Kevin came to assess the situation on 8/27/26 and was able to replace my garbage disposal. He was professional and explained everything that was going on. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is simplistic. We give upfront pricing. Based off of the difficulty of the project as well as the time and material. An upfront price protects the customer from getting overcharged if things take longer than expected. The price we give you upfront is the price you pay when we’re finished.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after a customer reaches out to us, we gather a little bit of information from them. Typically their first and last name, home address and email for any paperwork as well as schedule an appointment within a 1 to 2 hour timeframe . Before arriving to their house we contact him 30 minutes before we’re out for a heads up with our estimated time of arrival.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are fully certified. And annually do continuing education in the plumbing and mechanical industry.
