What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Come out a give a thorough diagnosis. Quote price to repair. If approved then complete the work as promised and collect the amount agreed upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years in the hvac program at Alamance community college. Then 10 years experience in the trade, H-3 and H-2 state licenses. Factory training in Trane, Carrier, and Climatemaster
