No Work Ethic - NOT Reliable – does NOT communicate Appropriately and does NOT stand behind his Work.
Our hot water suddenly quit working and Anthony was working on another project for us. he said he could replace it for us and did so. It took a few days to get him to complete the job, but he did get it installed and we were thankful to have hot water. Fast forward to Saturday, June 15th, and the pilot light on the new hot water heater went out and we could not get it relit. I texted Anthony and he gave us a few things to try but nothing worked. He said he would come out Monday or Tuesday and check and see what was going on…Fast forward and come Wednesday no show and no response to phone calls or texts. We called the manufacturer of the water heater, and they said it was covered under warranty. They sent a local plumber out and we found out that Anthony installed a natural Gas hot water heater and not one for LP/Propane Gas and that the heater would not work anymore since we had LP/Propane. My husband called Anthony and he answered the phone and said he would contact Lowes and see if they would replace the heater. He claims he asked for the correct water heater but admits he did not double check when he installed it. It is now June 24th and we still do not have hot water and Anthony once again is not answering texts or his phone and is obviously not going to stand behind his work or his mistake. Now WE must pay for and install a second hot water heater (my husband just had knee replacement surgery and he is doing the work because we cannot afford another plumber and the hot water heater cost us an additional $868, after we already purchased and paid for a heater from Anthony and for him to install the wrong hot water heater) and have been without hot water now for more than a week. He claimed he was a licensed plumber/contractor, and this was negligent. I would not recommend using Anthony or his company A to Z Home Remodeling, he does not stand behind his work, does not communicate appropriately with his customers and does not value getting work done in a timely manner or any inconveniences he is causing his customers.

I am very pleased with the new bathroom. Anthony is very talented and kept me updated about additional work that needed to be done; also, he was very responsive when I asked him to do a few more things than what we had originally discussed. There was a lot of water damage that had to be repaired. I think Anthony and the other men did a great job! They gave us a great value for the money.

Anthony was easy too work with and communicated well. Even though somethings unexpected came up, he explained the situation very well and went out of his way to find a solution. I would work with AZ again!

Hot water heater busted in our home and we had a disaster… he came right out and swapped our hot water heater out in no time he knew exactly what he was doing .. we will use him on every home project we have
