Highly recommend Meliton of Molina’s Home Repairs. We were doing repairs on our home and located some water damage that we felt certain was coming from our roof/dormer area - we have a standing seam roof. We were putting all new floor and had just painted the walls and ceiling, so needless to say we were freaking out a bit. After calling our insurance company and several other roofing companies, Meliton responded quickly came out ASAP, did a thorough assessment, repaired the area where the roof was leaking. He even did an overall inspection and cleaned our gutters. We will be calling on him again if we need future repairs and for other projects.

He was very professional. He gave me a free estimate to repair my roof. His estimate was reasonable compared to other roof companies. He came on time and repaired all. He even repaired more than I asked (12 shingles). I highly recommend him for roofing or other home projects.

Very professional and I think the quality is excellent. Mr. Molinas responded quickly and his workers were very punctual. I had not had a roof replaced in over 30 years so I really can't speak to the value, but I trusted him so I can't complain.
