- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The goal is to make the customer happy by working with integrity and out performing competitor companies with superior service and better outcomes. We determine the customer's pest issue(s) and implement the most efficient solution possible to protect you and your family. Peace of Mind in Every Step We Take- Your family (including your pets) safety will always takes utmost importance in all treatment methods we perform. This is why we invest in not only the most effective products in the market, but also some of the safest. A lot of the products we utilize have been granted a "low risk" status by the EPA due to the inability for humans (mammals) to become exposed to the active ingredients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of diverse experience in the pest control industry, with vast knowledge and expertise throughout all parts of the Carolina's. Licencing through NC's Department of Agriculture's Structural Pesticide Division, State Exams. Ongoing education with accredited courses approved through UNC. We are active member of NPMA and NCPMA, which shape the foundation for the entire industry through out the nation. We're always striving to learn more everyday.
