Did a good job pressure washing the home; however they were to do some Landscaping work as well. The landscaping was removing old mulch and then spreading mulch in the front and back of home, wedding the beds prior to laying out new mulch and trimming bushes, hedges and a crepe myrtle tree. They did not really weed the beds really; they pulled some obvious weeds, left a majority of the old mulch and just covered up what was there with new mulch. The quote was supposed to include any additional mulch that was needed to mulch along my entire back fence line. They did not do that part; they only mulched the section that I had already done previously. I had 30 bags of mulch purchased and we estimated that at least 15-20 additional bags would be needed to complete the work; which was worked into the $800 price I agreed to and paid. Also; while pressure washing my home they tried to remove a window screen and we're unable to and bent it to the point it had to be replaced. They did not inform me of this either; they just tried to put it back as best they could and left it. Initially the gentleman who gave me the quote seemed honest, and knowledgeable but he was not at the job site the entire time the work was being done. I believe this contributed to the issues as I was unable to communicate with the men who were working. They left gardening tools at my home and never even returned to pick them up after I left the message to complain regarding the mulch issue and the window screen. The owner left a message saying he would refund a potion of my money however he cashed my check and never refunded any portion of what I had paid.
