I’ve worked out with Doug over the past year and a half. He is dedicated, professional, motivational and punctual. It’s not just about weight training, he know the body and works on range of motion in addition to strength training. I spent most of August in the hospital with Covid !! Doug has been instrumental in my recovery. He does a much better job than the professional PTs In a rehab facilities. Whatever your end gold is, Doug will get you there....

Your search for a personal trainer is done. I found Doug through Thumbtack last spring which was my first experience using this site. I have worked with personal trainers in the past but none as knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and versatile as Doug. I injured my knee over a year ago and he was able to work within my abilities to strengthen my knee as well as build up my conditioning overall so making my physical life better than it has been in a while. I am not done yet...I am trying to maintain for a while on my own but will be back to work with Doug again.

The NSCA requires constant CEU's to fulfill your certification every three years. The classes are excellent and give up to date research on the latest fitness trends and nutritional needs. The Fitness Institute International CPTS gives free classes to anyone who has currently graduated from their intense program. All 6 classes are offered to graduates.
