Introduction: I am a chef whose passion for good food and tasty dining started at a very young age. Following my profession as an event wedding planner for 11 years and part-time caterer, I have turned to the one thing I can get up at any hour and enjoy: cooking for others. I became a vegetarian over 15 years ago to help my children who were preemies and have since watched them grow up healthy. My passion for creating tasty meals have no limit to what I can prepare. It gives me pleasure in watching and hearing the satisfaction of those who have experienced my cooking, be it vegetarian or otherwise. I believe we are all entitled to whatever makes us happy. Cooking for family, friends, and colleagues gave me a lifetime experience that I am grateful for and has resulted in me following my heart to just cook and enjoy the smiles of the stomach.
