Cortland is such a joy to work with. It would only allow me to choose three of the qualities but he is also very punctual and the value was right along the lines of what I had in mind. I reach out to him on Friday, Saturday morning he was here took his time and did a great job painting my downstairs area, came back to check it after it dried to see if he needed to do any touch ups. I will be using him again for many more projects, I am very happy with the job Cortland did!!! Thank you again for all you hard work.
