I hired Bill Walker (with his team) to frame my large unfinished basement recreation room. Bill is very friendly and easy to work with. He’s was very responsive to my questions and concerns including a request for a detailed list of materials that would be required. The requirements included framing walls, installing 34 feet of DriCore Smartwall, framing utility closets, framing the hallway, and framing for an eight-foot hard ceiling. His working crew are skilled craftsmen and carpenters. They were neat, orderly, fast working and punctual. The job was completed ahead of schedule and within budget. I am extremely pleased with the services and results! I highly recommend William Walker for framing and will definitely use his services for my future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a general contractor we will have many of the normal overhead costs such as vehicles, insurances, tools, labor. We have to reflect these things in our estimates in order to stay in business but still strive to be competitive with pricing in comparison to other legitimate companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) set up an appointment to meet and discuss all details of the project. 2) form estimate and follow up with the customer. 3) schedule the project and sign any needed contracts. 4) complete project. 5) do a thorough clean up and discuss final details the customer may have concern of.
