- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deep clean: $150 to $500 Standard clean: $75 to $350. I charge a flat rate by how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have in home. For STR or Property management companies: flat rate per vacant home, Fluctuated rate for cleanouts after eviction or move out also depends if you provide dumpster Additional services are : Laundry, home organization, and clean outs of attic, garage, shed or entire home. I have weekly, biweekly, and monthly services available and special circumstance (ie Hording, passing of loved one)

I personally prefer to speak with you on the phone to get a full idea of what your seeking and how I can accommodate you.
