- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have structured packages that cater to the needs of any customer. After market research we created the packaging to be competitive, fair and easy to pick. We do offer military, veteran, EMS, EMT, police, nurses and school personnel discounts as well as our awesome senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each customers needs being unique to them the general flow is getting an idea of what they are looking to have done, then asking a couple of discovery questions to best price the package most suited for them and then book an appointment and confirm everything before any work is to be performed to ensure the expectations are clear. We keep the customer updated throughout the detail and require their stamp of approval before we leave. Even if a customer may not be able to be on site we offer video calls, photos throughout/during to ensure everything is top-notch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years of experience under the belt. On top of industry specific recognition and certification through IDA. Chemical analysis, full breakdown of methodologies best used from start to finish to get the premium result we expect.
