CGA was very responsive. They were actually the only provider to respond. Follow up and scheduling was very prompt. The contractor was very professional and courteous. Diagnosis and workmanship were thorough and good quality. An area of opportunity would be to make long-distance customers aware of the significant trip charge. Our very small organization paid more for travel than for the repair.
